Handmade Nature & Variations
Every item is handcrafted with care. Because of the Unique Variations, slight differences in color, shape, and texture may occur compared to product images.
Specifically for Marble Earrings, some pairs cannot be recreated exactly the same due to the complex process. Minor imperfections (tiny bubbles or slight lint) are natural "beauty marks" of polymer clay and not considered defects.
Product Care Guide
Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth or wet wipe.
Water: Avoid submersion. Remove before swimming or showering to protect metal parts from tarnishing.
Storage: Keep in a dry pouch away from sharp objects.
Chemicals: Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, or sanitizers.
Material & Tarnish Disclaimer
We use high-quality, anti-tarnish components. However, to preserve plating, you must avoid contact with water and chemicals. We cannot offer guarantees or refunds for tarnishing caused by exposure to moisture.
Polymer clay is durable but not indestructible; we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR (₹). We accept PhonePe, GPay, and Credit/Debit cards. Your payment info is secure; we never receive your full credit card details. Prices may change due to market fluctuations, but confirmed orders are locked at the purchase price.
Shipping & Address Policy
Processing: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Delivery: Typically 5-6 working days across India.
Accuracy: The customer is responsible for address accuracy. Once an order is placed, the address cannot be changed.
Returns & Refund Policy
Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims. Due to hygiene, earrings cannot be returned for other reasons. Refunds are processed to the original method within 3 business days.

All designs, photography, and the brand name "Shreya's Clay Company" are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. We respect your privacy and never share data with third parties.
